MyLiferaft was born from a deep understanding of the challenges faced by those with complex care needs. Nicola’s journey with her daughter Faith, who had multiple and complex care needs, highlighted the crucial need for a centralised platform to effortlessly add, retrieve, and share information among the caregiving network.
Driven by a mission to address these universal challenges, our dedicated team embarked on a journey of discovery and development. The result is MyLiferaft—an online, smart personal healthcare product equipped with features designed to manage information related to caring for oneself or a loved one. Whether young or old, managing a long or short-term condition, or simply aiming to stay well, MyLiferaft caters to diverse needs.
MyLiferaft’s rich features not only empower individuals but also create a robust support network involving professionals, the community, family, and friends. Together, they work towards enhancing independence, maintaining a high quality of life, and achieving personal goals.
